What about customs and duties?
There are countries where customs fees, and/or other duties are levied when goods are imported in. The dues/charges are determined at the point of entry of the package and must be paid before one can receive it. Does elysian Blossom cover for lost or stolen packages?
No, we do not cover for any lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed shipped. For a smooth delivery experience, please ensure your full address and contact details are accurate.
My product was damaged in transit — can I get a replacement?
We do not offer any replacement. All Elysian Blossom products/pieces are made of high quality material by experienced craftsman with meticulous attention to detail.These are handcrafted with love and undergo a rigorous quality control check before they are dispatched.
How is the shipping price calculated?
Shipping is charged and calculated on the basis of the volumetric weight of the parcel. You shall be notified on the same during check out. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order at Elysian Blossom?
Once the product has been shipped from our end, you will receive an email with the tracking details of the order. For customized orders, we also share tracking details via Whatsapp.
Can I have Cash on Delivery option?
No, we do not offer the option of Cash on Delivery.

What are the materials used?
All Elysian Blossom products are handcrafted with high quality material including the rich fabric, high quality foam and a variety of embellishments and accessories. Are the products and colours same as shown in the image?
We ensure that our products are shot in standard light rendering colours truest and nearest to our products. However, due to the intricacy of work involved in our products there may be minor variations in the colour of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your screen and the actual product.

How can I care for my pieces?
Our products/pieces are heirlooms of love and handcrafted with a lot of care and attention. It's natural for any product to lose a bit of its sheen, and get tarnished or slightly damaged over time. Nevertheless, don't hesitate to pamper them with a bit of TLC and maintenance now and then.
Follow these points, and add years to your product:
* Avoid contact with moisture, perfume, acetone, alcohol, or hairspray.* If wet, dry overnight in shade. * Avoid exposure to harsh sunlight for long duration.

Placing an Order
Does Elysian Blossom accept returns?
Each product is handmade at the Elysian Blossom and is customised according to individual requests. For this reason, generally, we offer no return, no refunds.
What to do if I receive my order in a damaged condition?
In case you receive a damaged product or the product gets lost during transit, please raise it with us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product or information of loss. Kindly record a video while opening the parcel, as this is required to raise a claim with the shipping company. Please note that without video proof while opening the parcel, the shipping company will not process the claim. For more details, please refer to our Terms of Use policy
How do I exchange my product?
Elysian Blossom does not exchange any products, whatsoever, under any condition.

How can I pay for my order?
Credit or Debit – and pay through our payment gateway. If, for some reason, your payment doesn't go through, please write to us and we'll help with alternative modes of payment.
The piece I want is sold out. What now?
Our pieces are made in limited quantities. We sell out fast, but also aim to make them to order asap. If the piece you desire is sold out, please sign up and we'll be happy to inform your when it’s restocked.
